With 9 weeks to go, Rob and I are now appealing for donations, please, to our nominated charities, by way of supporting us on our cycle journey. We've stated before, and will stress again, that we are financing the trip ourselves and paying all expenses. Any donations that are made to our charities will reach them in full, 100%.

- My charities are Cancer Research UK and Alzheimer's Research UK.
- Rob's charity is Children's Liver Disease Foundation.
